introspection: Override the GParamSpec type

About other assorted boneheadedness, the GType for GParamSpec is
called 'GParam'. Why? Who knows. I assume alcohol was involved,
but I honestly don't want to know.

This removes the last g-ir-scanner warning in Clutter.
