box: Proxy the Actor's background color properties

ClutterBox's color and color-set properties can be implemented as
proxies for the ClutterActor's newly added background-color and
background-color-set properties, respectively.

This also allows us to get rid of the paint() implementation inside
ClutterBox altogether.
