It's not used anywhere, lets drop it.

dc9c5417bc main: Add test initialization function
Since Clutter's backend relies on MetaBackend now, initialzation has
to go through meta_init(), both in mutter and in gnome-shell.

However the compositor enum and backend gtype used to enforce the
environment used for tests are private, so instead expose a test
initialization function that can be used from both mutter and
gnome-shell.

e02fef8e2f meta: Hide libmutter symbols by default and selectively export them
Make meson link libmutter using -fvisibility=hidden, and introduce META_EXPORT
and META_EXPORT_TEST defines to mark a symbols as visible.
The TEST version is meant to be used to flag symbols that are only used
internally by mutter tests, but that should not be considered public API.

This allows us to be more precise in selecting what is exported and what is
not, without the need of a version-script file that would be more complicated
to maintain.

3a57f843d5 Add a framework for restarting the compositor with nice visuals
The current GNOME Shell Alt-F2 restart looks very messy and also
provides no indication to the user what is going on. We need to
restart the compositor to switch in and out of stereo mode, so
add a framework for doing this more cleanly:

Additions:

 meta_restart(): restarts the compositor with a message
 MetaDisplay::show-restart-message: signal the embedding
    shell to show a message
 MetaDisplay::restart: signal the embedding shell to restart
    itself.
 meta_is_restart(): indicates whether the current instance is a
                    restart so we can suppress login animations.

A helper program meta-restart-helper holds the composite overlay
window up during the restart to avoid visual artifacts.

773ae8dc65 core: make session registration an explicit step
gnome-shell shouldn't announce to the session manager it's
"ready" until it's fully initialized. It currently tells
the session manager it's ready as soon as it hits the main
loop. This causes nautilus in classic mode to start before
we have workspaces initialized.

0593df8fe0 display: Add API to set wm_name / wm_keybindings
As plugins can now define their own keyboard shortcuts via
meta_display_add_keybinding(), it makes sense for them to
expose those shortcuts to System Settings, so add some API
to set the properties gnome-control-center uses to pick up
wm keybinding settings.

c13e62f72c Export meta_get_replace_current_wm()
This is necessary for gnome-shell to know whether it should try to
replace the org.gnome.Shell DBus name.

Note: We can't just #include <meta/util.h> because it #defines '_'
at least which obviously conflicts with core gettext. We should
un-export util.h or fix it.

c84da3ce1b Move the installed includes to a subdir
If mutter is going to be a "real" library, then it should install its
includes so that users can do

    #include <meta/display.h>

rather than

    #include <display.h>

So rename the includedir accordingly, move src/include to src/meta,
and fix up all internal references.

There were a handful of header files in src/include that were not
installed; this appears to have been part of a plan to keep core/,
ui/, and compositor/ from looking at each others' private includes,
but that wasn't really working anyway. So move all non-installed
headers back into core/ or ui/.
