Emmanuele Bassi 9132769767 actor: Store the fixed sizes into LayoutInfo
Remove four more floats from ClutterActorPrivate.

The fixed minimum and natural sizes should be stored inside the
ClutterLayoutInfo structure, along with the fixed position.
